The VILSB 2026-27 Write-On Competition is now live.

We select new Staff Writers at the start of each Fall Semester. Staff Writers are anonymously selected based on performance in VILSB's annual Write-On Competition. The 2026-27 Competition is open to all interested VLS students, from Friday, September 18th at 12:00 PM to Friday, October 2nd at 11:59p.

Submissions are accepted through this form.

The Write-On Competition Guidelines provide instruction on the submission process, topic choice, and style and formatting requirements.
