Editor In Chief
Justin is a 3L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from Cranston, Rhode Island. He earned a B.A. in world politics with a focus on the Middle East and Central Asia from Hamilton College where he also played soccer. In addition to interning for both the state and federal government, Justin spent his 1L summer in Austria working for a law firm specializing in data privacy and security law and his 2L summer working in criminal prosecution in Rhode Island. After law school, he hopes to pursue a career in international business law.

Deputy Editor In Chief
Marissa is a 2L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, originally from San Mateo, California. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. During her undergraduate, Marissa studied international law abroad at the University of Oxford and worked as a research assistant for the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law at Berkeley Law. She developed her love for international law, human rights, and multilateral collaboration while working for the United Nations in Washington, D.C. After law school, she hopes to work in the intersection of public international law and US foreign policy.

Digital Editor
Justice is a 2L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, originally from Southern California. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in Business Analytics and minored in Journalism, Ethics, and Democracy. During his undergraduate studies, Justice wrote for the student newspaper, The Observer. In law school, he is actively engaged with the Latin American Law Students Association, the Asian and Pacific American Law Students Association, and the International Law Society. He is interested in international human rights law.

Associate Editor
Mary is a 3L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from Newport, Rhode Island. She attended American University where she earned a degree in International Relations. While pursuing her undergraduate degree she spent a semester abroad at Trinity College, Dublin studying Near Eastern History. Since beginning her legal studies she has been involved in the Honor Board, Students Against Sexual Violence, and the St. Thomas Moore Society. After graduation, she plans to pursue a career in foreign relations and national security.

Associate Editor
Kaylee is a 3L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from Omaha, Nebraska. She earned a degree in Political Science, with minors in English and Psychology from the University of Nebraska. During her undergraduate career, she pursued an international relations concentration with emphasis on international human rights and worked at the Office of the Attorney General of Nebraska. After graduation, she hopes to practice abroad and pursue a career in international commercial arbitration.

Wyatt is a 3L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from Brockton, Massachusetts. He completed his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminology at Villanova, and began his academic journey at Mount Allison University in Canada, where he played varsity soccer. Wyatt has interned with a national security government affairs firm, for a judge with the Massachusetts Superior Court, and for an AI tech start-up during his time in law school. He aspires to pursue a career in litigation and eventually in national security after graduating from law school.

Connor is a 3L at Villanova Charles Widger School of Law from Green Brook, New Jersey. He earned degrees in Italian, Government and Economics. During his undergraduate career, Connor studied abroad in Italy, the region of Tuscany and the region of Lazio. There he learned classical Italian literature, as well as European and Italian history. Connor was also a collegiate athlete, competing year-round as a distance athlete in Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track. During his 1L summer, Connor interned at the Morris County District Court, Family Division for Judge Bogaard, and then interned at the District of New Jersey, Federal Bankruptcy Court for Judge Sherwood. At Villanova, Connor is a member of the Deans Ambassadors, the Scarpa Corporate Negotiation Team, and other student organizations. After law school, he hopes to specialize in corporate bankruptcy or transactional work, with a focus on international companies.

He earned his bachelor's degree in computer science and political science from Rutgers University and studied abroad at the London School of Economics, where he took a summer course on international law. He has written articles for the Villanova International Law Society Blog, as well as the American Bar Association's International Law News.

Sidney Hambleton Sponer is a 3L at Villanova Charles Widger School of Law. She is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada and lived in in BC, Canada for five years during her undergraduate (Quest University Canada) and master's (Wilfrid Laurier University) degrees. She is also involved in Villanova Law Review, OUTLaw, and Immigration Law Society, and enjoys writing about immigration and international law.

Ella is a 1L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from Hackensack, New Jersey. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Criminology from Villanova University, where she also minored in Africana Studies, Gender and Women Studies, and Peace and Justice. During her time in undergraduate, Ella worked for the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office as a criminal law intern and AKSM as a White House Press Correspondent. She also participated in political science programs in Paris, France and Washington, D.C. This year, Ella is a part of the Intellectual Property Society Blog as a staff writer and a 1L representative for Honor Board, Fashion Law Society, and Women's Law Caucus.

Leo is a 1L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from West Windsor, NJ. He is also the 1L representative for International Law Society. Leo double majored in Global Political Economy and Psychology at Swarthmore College, where he also captained the men's soccer team. Leo has experience teaching a political science course at Swarthmore that discussed the interconnectedness of soccer with culture, politics, and economics. He has also worked in strategy and business intelligence at Major League Soccer, as well as sponsorship marketing at the Philadelphia Union and other minor league soccer teams. Upon graduation, Leo hopes to leverage his European citizenship to practice international arbitration in sports.

Olivia is a 2L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from Princeton, New Jersey. She earned a B.A. in Politics and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College; during her undergraduate years, Olivia worked with UNICEF Pacific Islands and the Syrian Emergency Task Force (SETF). Prior to attending law school, she continued conducting research for SETF and worked in the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition. Olivia hopes to participate in Villanova’s JD/LLM program, and following graduation, she plans to pursue a career in international arbitration.

Jimmy is a 1L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. He graduated summa cum laude in 2025 from Saint Joseph's University with a degree in Political Science. As an undergraduate, he was involved with research teams examining high impact practices and diversity initiatives in higher education. At Villanova, he is a 1L representative for the Pro Bono Society and Health Law Society. After law school, he hopes to explore the intersection of human rights and health law.

Dan is a 1L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Originally from Albany, New York, Dan has spent the past nine years in Rochester; he earned a B.A. in International Relations and Environmental Studies from the University of Rochester, and after graduation, worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA and a litigation paralegal at two Western New York firms. As an undergraduate, Dan studied abroad in Freiburg, Germany, researching the causes and effects of the rise of illiberalism throughout Europe after the fall of the Iron Curtain. Dan hopes to pursue a career in cross-border litigation and transactional corporate law between Canada, Europe, and the United States.

Noah is a 1L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from Millville, New Jersey. He earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Political Science from Rowan University. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Noah spent time interning with the New Jersey Courts Probation Division as well as in consumer lending with a Boston based bank. He is excited to blend his interests in economics, national security, and foreign affairs.

Liliana Trigilio is a 2L from Greensboro, North Carolina. She graduated from NC State University with degrees in Political Science and Spanish Literature. On campus, she is involved in Sports Law Blog, International Law Blog, Corporate Law Society, and VIALO. She currently works throughout the year as a law clerk at Ansa Assuncao, and as a research assistant for Professor Itay Ravid. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, exploring Philadelphia's food scene, and looking through Main Line antique stores.

Nick is a 3L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from Media, Pennsylvania. He earned a B.A. summa cum laude in Political Science from Northeastern University, concentrating in Comparative Politics. While at Northeastern, Nick took courses on International Law and the politics and governance of different regions and IGOs, such as the European Union and NATO. Since beginning his legal studies, Nick has been involved as a Student Ambassador and with both Law Review and the ILS Blog. After graduation, Nick will be working in the corporate space in Delaware, where the laws of doing business frequently cross paths with jurisdictional and other legal challenges international entities face conducting transactions stateside.

Sydney is a 1L at Villanova University Charles Widger School of law from Houston, Texas. She earned a B.A. in government and international relations from the University Texas at Austin and a Master of Global Policy Studies from their LBJ School of Public Affairs. As an undergraduate, Sydney studied abroad at Sciences Po in France, cementing her interest in comparative policy and international systems. During her Masters, she focused on energy regulation and electricity markets. Her research has since spanned the globe seeking to combine these interests, as a scholar with the Edward A. Clark Center for Australian and New Zealand Studies and a summer fellow with the Farzaneh Lab at Kyushu University in Japan.
